| ..abstract expressionism...something from nothing....pure creation...inspired by nothing except maybe the need to create and express, or make sence of.. perhaps a celebration of detail, and pattern...an odd desire to explore imperfect symmetry...similar but unique, equally wieghted ....different halves or square hemispheres that balance as a see saw might....again stereo fields....yet still just one image...dypoint and aquatint....also a household door screen was impressed into a wax coating on the zinc plate (for texture prior to acid bath) see zoom 4 |
